If you decide that Aberdeen Housekeeping Ltd will provide all linen and make the apartment guest ready to your acceptable standard, and carry out changeovers after guest checkouts, then Item No. 1 on the breakdown below will apply, followed by Nos. 2 or 3 as the case may be.
The apartment will be fully set up one week from the date of your firm instruction.
If you decide to provide all required bed linen, towels and amenities, as well as the necessary consumables which would be replenished from time to time, then we shall charge only the changeover costs any time there is a guest checkout as shown in No. 2 or for mid-stay cleans as shown in No. 3, as the case may be.
This does not include initial deep cleaning or sparkle cleaning of the apartment, although this is highly recommended before the initial make up.

Please note that Aberdeen Housekeeping Ltd will provide full replacements for these items to be utilised while the used beddings are at the laundry if our arrangements include laundry.
Consumable items would be replenished as consumed accordingly.
Changeovers include general cleaning of the apartment and replacement of all bed linen and toiletries, provision of clean towels etc and getting the apartment ready for the next guest.
This includes general cleaning of apartment and replacement of all bed linen and toiletries, towels etc to revamp the apartment if the guest is staying long, and while the guest is still occupying the apartment. This is recommended for long staying guests to be performed at most every fortnight.
Price per mid-stay changeover is same as changeover charge.
